The Membership of ARCCS for Indians & Nepal Nationals is now open.
Please register below as per your choice of Membership. Membership approval meetings takes place three times in a year, in the months of April, August and December. After registration, your application will be placed on the agenda of the next Membership approval Meeting. It will be then reviewed, given due consideration and if approved it will be put up on the agenda of the next Membership approval meeting for final ratification. After that you will be officially declared a member and issued membership card. During the process of consideration and ratification, you may be contacted by us for additional information. 


1. Regular Member (Annual):
Any person who has been issued a 'General' or a 'Restricted' Amateur Radio Licence by the Government of India is eligible to become an Regular Member (Annual) of ARCCS by paying a one time Registration Fee of ₹ 5000.00 and a yearly Subscription Fee of ₹ 500.00 (Total ₹ 5,500.00 for the first year) subject to normal process of vetting. Regular Members (Annual) are eligible to 'vote' / 'participate' in the election process from the 2nd AGM on-wards after the membership is declared. Regular Members are also known as Ordinary Members.

2. Life Member: 
Any person who has been issued a 'General' or a 'Restricted' Amateur Radio Licence by the Government of India is eligible to become an Life Member of ARCCS by paying a one time Registration Fee of ₹ 50,000.00 and a yearly Subscription Fee of ₹ 1000.00 (Total ₹ 51,000.00 for the first year) subject to normal process of vetting. Life Members are eligible to 'vote' / 'participate' in the election process from the 2nd AGM on-wards after the membership is declared. Life Members are also given additional privileges over other members.

3. Associate Membership (Annual):
Any person who has been issued a 'General' or a 'Restricted' Grade Amateur Radio Licence by the Government of India is eligible to become an Associate Member (Annual) of ARCCS by paying a yearly Subscription Fee of ₹ 1000.00 (to be paid every year) subject to the normal process of vetting. Associate Members cannot participate in the annual election at AGMs. However, these members are allowed to enjoy all other facilities of the Samity.


3. Short Wave Listner (SWL) Member: Any person who is studying for a 'General' or a 'Restricted' Grade Amateur Radio Operators' Certificate (ASOC) Examination Conducted by Government of India is be eligible to become an Short Wave Listner Member of ARCCS by paying a one time Registration Fee of ₹ 500.00 and a yearly Subscription Fee of ₹ 200.00 (Total ₹ 700.00 for the first year) subject to the normal process of vetting. SWL Members cannot participate in the annual election at AGMs. However, these members must convert to Ordinary or Life Membership within five years, by clearing the ASOC Examination and getting the licence, and then they can participate in the elections.

4. Special Life Membership of ARCCS : (Only for Foreign Nationals other than Nepal).

Foreign Nationals (other than Nepal) who hold an amateur radio licence in his/her country may apply for Special Life Membership of ARCCS by paying a one time Membership fee of $100/- or equivalent by International Cheque / Money Order in our favour subject to the normal process of vetting. If the foreign national is resident in India, he/she may pay by Bankers' Cheque from any Indian Nationalised Bank.

Special Life Members will not be eligible to vote or get elected in the AGMs. Otherwise, they will enjoy all other membership benefits. For use of Amateur Radio Club Station, the Special Member must obtain an Indian Licence, for which we will provide assistance.
